By accessing or using PillowExpress.ng, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
2. Products
- All pillows are handcrafted to order in Lagos, Nigeria
- Colours may vary slightly from screen previews due to fabric and print characteristics
- Sizes are approximate (±2cm tolerance)
- Custom design pillows are made from your uploaded images — you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use those images
3. Orders & Payment
- All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include VAT
- Payment is processed securely by Paystack
- Orders are confirmed once payment is received
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock unavailability
4. Shipping
- Delivery times are estimates — see our Shipping Policy for details
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure
5. Returns & Refunds
- Custom/personalised pillows are non-returnable unless defective
6. Intellectual Property
- All website content, designs, and branding are owned by PillowExpress
- You retain rights to images you upload for custom printing
- By uploading an image, you grant us a limited license to print it on your pillow
7. Limitation of Liability
PillowExpress is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
