Step 1: Upload your photo
Upload directly from your device at checkout. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP. Maximum file size: 20MB.
The system flags low-resolution images before you proceed — you will know if the photo quality is insufficient before payment, not after delivery.
Step 2: Choose your configuration
- Pillow size (small through XL)
- Fabric (polyester, cotton, silk, linen, faux fur, denim)
- Shape (square or rectangular)
- Fringe option (none, one edge, four edge, full frame)
- Back design (solid colour, match front, or custom)
Step 3: Preview and approve
You receive a digital mockup showing how your photo will look on the pillow. Review the crop, colours, and any text. Request changes — free and unlimited until you approve.
Step 4: Payment
Paystack — card, bank transfer, or USSD. Confirmation is immediate.
Step 5: Production
3–5 business days. You receive an email when production completes.
Step 6: Delivery
Lagos: 1–2 days. Other Nigerian states: 2–5 days via courier. Tracking link provided.
If something is wrong
We replace or refund any pillow where the print quality is below the preview you approved. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
